2 Day Training Course & Advanced Gradings 
Saturday 1pm Start – Finish by 5pm  -Martial Arts Training, Grading Syllabus & Fitness 
Sunday 10am Start – Finish 5pm -Morning Fitness Session, Completion of Grading Syllabus
