Event Information
Hi everyone,
We’re really looking forward to welcoming you all to our event this Sunday.
Just to give a bit of context, we run these events to give our fighters valuable mat time and to help support our team fundraising. All Wolfpack coaches and the team volunteer their time for this — no one takes a penny from the event itself. Everything is done to give back to the sport and to support our team, so thank you in advance for your support on the day.
As this is the first event where we’ve opened things up to new teams, we just ask everyone to help us keep the day running smoothly. We’re sure there won’t be any issues at all, but please be mindful of the venue, other teams, and spectators, and help us keep the atmosphere positive, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
We’d also really appreciate your help in keeping children under control around the school. Please make sure kids stay in the hall area at all times and aren’t running around the school or playing in the corridors. We know it’s exciting, but this really helps us keep a good relationship with the venue.
Please use the main school entrance only. Park in the front car park. From the car park, walk down the dirt track next to the field. The hall is located at the bottom of the track. Please enter the hall through the blue doors. There is a map/image below — please take a look so you know exactly where to park and where to go.
Toilets are located in the Sports Hall and Gym area only.
Important venue notice: access to the school via the inter-club area is strictly prohibited. The main school building will be alarmed, and opening doors to any other areas will trigger the alarm system. Please respect the venue, as this is where we run our regular classes.
There are multiple clubs and events taking place at the school this Sunday, so parking on site may be limited. If parking becomes an issue, please use nearby off-road parking or the paid parking available at Dorking Main Train Station. Please make sure no entrances or gated access points at the school are blocked at any time.

Are you new to competing or considering entering your first tournament? We warmly invite you to take part, no matter your level or experience! This tournament is open to everyone, and all fighters will be matched according to age, weight, and ability to ensure a fair and comfortable experience. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have limited competition experience, this is your chance to get involved!

Registration Deadline: 3rd February 2026
Entry Fee: £16.00 fighters / £3.00 for spectators (All proceeds are non-profit and go directly back into supporting the squad.)
Compulsory Gear: A mouth guard is required. If you don’t have one, you can purchase it on our website, and Sean will have them ready for you on the day.
Need Equipment? Don’t worry! If you don’t have full sparring gear, we’ll have spare equipment available for you to borrow.

Attention Advanced Fighters: We are also introducing an Open Weight Division exclusively for advanced fighters, which will be entirely separate from beginner divisions.
