🥊 What Time Am I Fighting?
Please check the timetable below to find your division and estimated start time.
Some fighters are entered into more than one division, so please check the entire schedule carefully and make sure you know the times of all your divisions.
If you have entered and your name is missing from the schedule, please contact us immediately.
Please aim to arrive 1 hour before your first division is due to start.
You do not need to be at the venue all day. You only need to arrive in plenty of time for your division.
The first division begins at 10:00am. Schedule Oct 2026 Wolfpack UK I…
Please remember that all scheduled fight times are estimates, so do not plan to arrive at your exact start time.
If you are still unsure when you need to arrive, please contact your instructor.
📍 Venue & Parking
The Ashcombe School
Ashcombe Road
Dorking
Surrey
RH4 1LY
Please park in the school’s main car park and walk down to the event.
✅ When You Arrive
All fighters must check in with Sean when they arrive.
There are changing rooms available at the venue.
If you are running late or are unable to attend, please text or call as soon as possible.
🥋 What to Wear
Please wear your club kit/uniform.
Do NOT wear your belt.
Fighters have been matched based on their sparring level and experience rather than their grade, so belts will not be worn for the competition.
🥊 Protective Equipment
A mouthguard is compulsory for all fighters.
Please bring all of the sparring equipment you have with you.
If you don’t have a full set of sparring equipment, don’t worry — we will have a bag of spare equipment available to borrow where needed.
🏆 How the Competition Works
Divisions will be run on a round-robin format, meaning fighters get the opportunity to compete against the other fighters within their division rather than being eliminated after one fight.
Fights will normally be 1 round.
Where there are only 2 fighters in a division, the fight will be 2 rounds.
For example, the first division has six competitors and 15 round-robin bouts scheduled. Schedule Oct 2026 Wolfpack UK I…
Awards
Awards will be presented after each division has finished.
Once your results have been presented, you are free to leave. Before leaving, please double-check the schedule to make sure you aren’t entered into another division later in the day.
👥 Spectators
Spectator Entry: £3.00
Under 12s: FREE
There is spectator seating available.
Payment is cash on the door or can be made by bank transfer to the Wolfpack account.
All money raised goes back into supporting the Wolfpack competition squad.
💷 Outstanding Fighter Payments
If you have registered but have not yet paid your fighter entry fee, please arrange payment as soon as possible by bank transfer to the Wolfpack account.
🐺 Win or Learn
For some of our fighters, this will be their first experience of competition, and there will naturally be a few nerves.
We are a team, so please make sure we get behind all of the fighters involved, not just the person you have come to watch.
The Inter Club is all about gaining competition experience, developing confidence and building the character needed to progress.
It might not be a World Championship, but to a child stepping onto the mats for the first time — and even some of the adults — it can feel like one.
It takes a lot of courage to step onto the mats and compete.
Win or learn — let’s support everyone regardless of the result.
Enjoy the day, support each other and remember that all profits from the event go back into the Wolfpack squad funds to help support our competition team.
A big thank you in advance to all of the coaches, officials and helpers giving up their time to support the event.
See you Sunday! 🐺🥊
