With great honor, we welcome you to our 2024 Summer Course, a gathering of the KBK Alliance’s finest in the serene town of Dorking. This sacred weekend is a convergence of minds and spirits, where warriors come together to transcend their limits through Advanced Gradings and intensive training.
Prepare to be tested in body, mind, and spirit. Embrace this journey with an open heart and take from it all that you can. Your dedication and perseverance in training will be challenged and ultimately rewarded.

Large Sports Hall, Ashcombe School, Dorking, RH4 1LY
Schedule:
Saturday, 20th July
- 1:00 PM – Commencement Ceremony (Latecomers will not be permitted to join the course)
- 5:00 PM – Conclusion of Day One
Sunday, 21st July
- 9:45 AM – Morning Briefing
- 10:00 AM – Course Run begins (Latecomers will not be permitted to join the course)
- 12:00 PM – Lunch Break
- Grading / Assessment (Linework, Kata, Fitness, etc.)
- 5:00 PM – Conclusion of Day Two
Kits List (Essentials to Bring):
- Active gear for fitness sessions
- Non-marking indoor training shoes or bare feet (not a fully matted training area)
- Suitable outdoor shoes and attire for all weather conditions
- Running gear/shoes (Sunday morning)
- Martial Arts uniform for all grading aspects (Mandatory for Sunday)
- Ample drinking water
- Light snacks (Saturday)
- Lunch & snacks (Sunday)
- Change of clothes
- Full kit bag (including pads, mouthguard, etc.)
- Licence book (if not already submitted)
- Boundless energy and enthusiasm
- Above all, bring the true spirit of a Martial Artist
Please note, we do not cater to spectators. Entrust your journey to our capable hands for the weekend. Support is welcomed, especially at the closing on Sunday, but kindly refrain from photography or filming during training.
