ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements by Wednesday 2nd December so we can discuss these with Rialto. If you need confirmation that a requirement can be accommodated, please contact us before booking.
UNDER-18s
KBK will not be providing childcare or supervision. Under-18s must either be mature and responsible enough to attend unsupervised, with their parent/carer’s permission, or attend with a responsible adult who will supervise them. Parents/carers are responsible for deciding whether their child can attend independently.
BOOKING TERMS
Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel or cannot attend. You may transfer your ticket to someone else, but please let us know their name and any changes to dietary requirements.
We’re also arranging a separate younger kids’ Christmas party, with details to follow. Children can attend both events, and all annual awards will be presented at Rialto.
