If your child requires medication, including an inhaler or adrenaline auto-injector, please ensure it is clearly labelled with their name and instructions and hand it directly to an instructor at drop-off.
We want every child to have a safe and enjoyable experience at camp. Please let us know about any additional needs, SEND, behavioural needs or other support your child may require.
We will do our best to make reasonable adjustments. If your child requires a high level of individual or one-to-one support, please contact us before booking so we can discuss how we can best support them. In some circumstances, we may ask a parent/carer or suitable support person to remain with the child where this is necessary for them to participate safely and comfortably.
Staff & Safeguarding
The camp will be run by Sean McCarthy and Kelly Teasdale.
Both instructors are DBS checked and first-aid trained.
Kelly Teasdale is the club’s Safeguarding Officer and will be present throughout the camp.
KBK’s usual safeguarding, health & safety and accident/incident procedures will be in place.
